Bike Rack Grant Program 2024

The Bike Rack Grant Program is no longer accepting applications.

If you’d like to request a bike rack, please email the Select Board and let them know you’d like to see the bike rack grant program funded and staffed in upcoming years.

Available Bike Racks

The bike racks available through this program are freestanding, inverted-U racks on rails that meet the bike parking design guidelines of the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals. The racks are made from heavy-duty steel with a galvanized finish to withstand our coastal climate. They have an expected service life of 10+ years.

Bike Rack Layouts

Bike racks are available in 10-bike, 6-bike, and 4-bike configurations. Below are recommended layouts and dimensions for rack installation. A typical parking space can accommodate a 10-bike layout.
